Overhauled Engines

Aero Sport Power engine parts are chemically cleaned, ferrous materials are magnetic particle inspected ( Magnaflux ) and all non-ferrous materials are liquid penetrant inspected  ( Zyglo ). The parts are then given a detailed visual and dimensional inspection, Alodined and/or painted prior to assembly. Our qualified technicians then assemble the engine.

To ensure quality control during assembly at Aero Sport Power, a "Dual Inspection" is performed at specific assembly stages. Assembled engines are given a pre-test run inspection. A thorough test run is then performed to ensure the engine meets or exceeds factory performance specifications. After a complete test running, Aero Sport Power engines are inhibited, re-inspected and fasteners are re-torqued. All engines are given a final inspection by an independent technician. Engines are then crated for shipping.

Overhauled Aero Sport Power Engines Include:
New cylinders, New Slick Magnetos and Harness, New Spark Plugs, New Light Weight SKy-Tec Inline Starter, Fuel Injection System, Fuel Pump, Spin On Oil Filter Adapter, Vacuum Pump Adapter Housing, Inner-Cylinder Baffles, Dipstick and Tube.

Warranty - Overhauled Engines

Aero Sport Power warranty coverage is 12 months parts and labor from date start up date.
